Established in 2014, our Hotel B Ice Cream Parlor is now located across the street from the Historic Hotel Bethlehem in it’s own location – ever since, we have been serving delicious scoops of Penn State Creamery Ice Cream!
In October of 2018, we moved our Ice Cream Parlor across the street from the Hotel into it’s own space where it is booming in business and growing every day. With over 20,000 Penn State graduates in the Lehigh Valley, we are the “new home” serving Penn State Ice Cream to those locals. This locally-sourced treat is always a crowd favorite among guests and anyone strolling through downtown Bethlehem Pennsylvania.
Stop by and enjoy a scoop of delicious Penn State Ice Cream at the Hotel B Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street! Each month a Hotel staff member makes a trip to State College to bring back 500 gallons of Penn State ice cream. We serve 12 flavors daily plus featured flavors that rotate monthly.
Located outside The Shoppe’s front entrance on Main Street is the proud home of a Nittany Lion bench.
