Escape rooms originated as computer games, where players would work their way through a maze of clues and riddles in a quest for freedom. Over the last 10 years, the experience has become live. Families, friends, and corporations worldwide are now volunteering to be locked in themed rooms in a race against time. In this interactive adventure, groups of 4-12 players have 60 minutes to solve a variety of clues and puzzles in order to break free. Escape rooms allow people to test their problem-solving skills in a fun and exhilarating manner. It’s even becoming a trend for organizations to use this experience as a team building exercise, because cooperation and communication are necessary to overcome the challenge.
